Major problem ! I'll overlook the fact that the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived, although that's not the most crucial point.
No, the most serious problem is:
As a business application developer and DevOps specialist, I decided to work on my projects after my day of skiing. So, I subscribed to the weekly Wi-Fi offer offered at 15 euros for 5 devices. And there, the first shock: the Wi-Fi only works in the toilets, offers a capacity of 1 GB (therefore unusable) and, in addition, suffers from frequent disconnections, even network absences for hours! Given that I made this rental via Maeva Hôtel, but that the 15 euros were invoiced by Pierre et Vacances, as evidenced by my receipt, I become a de facto client of Pierre et Vacances.

I therefore expressed my dissatisfaction to Éloïse, from Pierre et Vacances, who confirmed to me that, through this purchase, I am indeed a customer of theirs. However, since the reservation was made through Maeva Hotel, she informed me that I could not be reimbursed for this faulty service, even adding that it was in a way a punishment!

As an app developer, a good connection is essential, which unfortunately I didn't have. So I had to get a 200 GB Airbox from Orange to be able to work properly.

I hadn't specified, but the reception on my mobile was on Edge in the residence, making it impossible to use connection sharing.

Therefore, I strongly recommend this residence to all my IT friends and start-up entrepreneurs, as well as to anyone who needs to work in good conditions. And above all, I recommend that you avoid going through Pierre et Vacances.

We have been renting in this residence for several years. The service has deteriorated considerably. The carpet is very dirty and very worn. The vacuum cleaner smells very bad because the bag is more than full!! The safety of tenants is not assured because access to the residence was icy all week despite several reminders. It is high time to improve so as not to harm the image of Pierre et vacances. It's a shame because the residence is very well located at the foot of the slopes.

Very successful stay and I would like to point out the professionalism of Marion at reception. She was very attentive to our requests with a lot of kindness and understanding which is rare these days.
It is therefore a very warm and professional welcome. I highly recommend this residence also for the access to the immediate slopes and for the view and calm.
