We stayed 4 nights in a two-bedroom apartment. As the residence had just reopened for the season, the apartment felt damp (damp sheets, odor, etc.) and the paint had to be redone, so there was residue everywhere, even on the dishes. The staff were very attentive and wanted to clean the apartment and change the bedding, but since we were only there for a few days, we didn't want to bother them.
The bed linen, towels, and cleaning and hygiene supplies are provided, which is a plus.
The terrace is pleasant.
The pools are spacious with plenty of loungers. Given the weather, we were able to swim once.
But for a so-called premium residence, we expected more in terms of comfort and amenities.
The residence is quiet, secure, and well-located. However, you need a car as it's a bit far from shops and other activities.
The staff is very friendly and offers good advice.

Very quiet and peaceful place in late October season. What makes the experience pleasant is access to the swimming pool, one of which is heated.

4-day stay in this beautiful and quiet P&V Residence. Well located, close to lots of pretty points of interest and beautiful beaches.

The 2 bedroom apartment suited us very well, very spacious for 2 adults and 1 young child.
We particularly appreciated all the equipment in the apartment, which is actually quite a small house: lots of crockery, dishes for cooking, high-end and very complete equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, washing machine, Nespresso coffee, BBQ, electric shutters etc.) and the bedding is very comfortable. We also enjoyed having breakfast and meals on the outdoor terrace, very pleasant!
The baby kit provided free of charge was great (baby bed with duvet and pillow, high chair, changing mat, bathtub).
Concerning the cleaning, we congratulate the team because the apartment was impeccable when we arrived and for an accommodation of this size, this is a big job!
We found the residence very relaxing in this season, few people, calm, and swimming pools always accessible.
Please note: it is necessary to have a car to travel around and enjoy the surroundings.
The staff, although not always on site, was always available and reachable by telephone, especially for our arrival (a little early!). We thank you for your warm welcome and strongly recommend this residence for a successful stay in Corsica!

Great stay in this residence. The heated swimming pool in front of the house was very popular with children and adults alike....

Pretty residence well located for visiting the south of Corsica.
However, the cleaning was not properly carried out, dirty dishes and dust behind the headboard in the adult bedroom.
Unsuitable accommodation for a family of more than 4 people. Impossible to eat together, 4 stools and no dining table in the tiny living room.
You will have to take larger accommodation or go to the other P&V residence which is a little further away but which probably has larger accommodation.
Nice swimming pools.
Be transported because it is far from shops.
Note the kindness and responsiveness of the staff despite the fact that reception was closed almost all the time during our stay.
In summary, very average value for money.
We expected better for this type of residence. Damage.
