Absolutely everything is excellent: Location, atmosphere, completely new and super comfortable apartments, the spa and my swimming pools are perfect, and everything is very clean.

Appears Premium with a service that is barely worth a two star: unpleasant and unqualified staff who speak in a haughty tone, and make you feel that you are bothering them, forgetting product samples on arrival but no apology, a sofa and a carpet were completely missing for our apartment for 6 people, cleaning was forgotten during the first week, but we dared to ask for it
2 euros for a lost key card! It’s very expensive, it looks like a trap, worse, a hold-up.

Pleasant and perfectly located residence. Spacious and equipped apartments to accommodate families. The indoor swimming pool is ideal for average weather conditions.
It was very good, we will come back!

Hello to the whole team. I just stayed at your place with my son. The reception, staff not competent enough to give the details and opportunities that we can benefit from during our stay, obliged to return several times to obtain additional information!!! Explanations not clear enough to direct us and unaccompanied to our apartment, underground parking (logical) but not in the same building. 3 Entrance and exit doors. Advantage we did a lot of walking only in your paths and at the end of the stay, we can inform people at the start of their stay lost like us. Obliged to do the entire basement for trash storage. But not the glass. Otherwise very good apartment, but some information concerning: the microwave, the cooking plates, the storage much too high for an average-sized person.
