We stayed in this hotel for the first weekend of December.
A 3rd time for us.
The first two times went well but this one was apparently too much.
We booked a room for 6 adults. The rooms are pretty, new and quite cozy although the living room for 6 people is very narrow.
However, our room was freezing, the underfloor heating, limited to 23 degrees, did not work on the first day.
We notified reception who only told us that the heating was limited to 23 degrees so it was normal that it was not hot in our room.
It was only by insisting the next day, after a terrible night with two young babies who had since fallen ill with colds, that a charming technician was sent to us to finally find that the heating was not working and that the room was 17 degrees which was not normal.
He then graciously brought us additional heating. I find it scandalous that under -4 degrees we can leave customers without heating and wait until the next day to send someone, after insisting.
In addition, we were with another family who has a child with a disability and we told them we wanted to be next door or at least in the same building or on the same floor since we were eating in the same room, which would make it easier. .
Nothing was done in this direction, we stayed in a separate building and on a different floor whereas on the day we reserved, we were told that there were still many rooms available so that it would be logically possible.
The hostesses were extremely unpleasant which I find a shame because the hotel itself offers interesting services

The residence is premium, the bedrooms and the living room are well decorated.
We really appreciated the location and the swimming pool at night and the Hammam and Sauna.

Negative point:

Where we were disappointed was the service at the residence.
We had a problem with the baby seat, we reported the problem to reception at the beginning of the afternoon, who confirmed to me that someone would come quickly to change the baby chair, we did not have anyone who passed into our room 3202.
In addition, the exit and entrance to the car park which costs 12 euros per day was not accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. due to work on the road, we did not receive any email from Pierre et Vacances or from the residence to warn us before the day of our departure, we had to reorganize our stay according to that.
And last point, the swimming pool was unavailable all day on Wednesday November 22, 2023, the same no communication the day before the stay and no commercial gesture for this interruption of the swimming pool which we were not able to take advantage of.

We spent a week there for professional reasons. The location and the complex are the big positive points of this hotel. The rooms are generally good, however we had a very unpleasant smell in the room which did not go away despite being aired morning and evening. The staff is not very friendly or pleasant, most of them seem like they are bothering them. Do not try to have something for breakfast (a banana) as this is strictly prohibited. I quote “We are not a convenience store.” Furthermore, it claims to be a 5-star hotel but we had no cleaning done during our stay and we had to throw out the trash, remove the sheets and clean the kitchen before leaving. You should therefore lower your prices and remove a few stars to match your service and the real quality of the establishment and the team.
