The setting is magnificent.
The apartments are beautifully decorated.
The amenities are perfect.
The receptionists are particularly friendly.
An excellent stay, to be repeated very soon.

I believe and hope that the pictures and the video speak for themselves. From the outside, when you arrive, the complex and reception look very inviting and beautiful. But when you first walk into the building where the rooms are located, everything was already worn out, broken and full of ants (which certainly hadn't been there since yesterday). The room itself wasn't one of the cheapest, but it was already very, very worn out and anything but clean!! After a few steps in white socks, and immediately after arriving, the soles of my feet were completely black, the floor was so dirty!! Which really should have been cleaned on arrival. You notice straight away that the cleaning was very superficial, if at all. The rooms definitely need more than just a new coat of paint. And of course the air conditioning didn't work. Very disappointing. A far cry from 5 stars and a premium!
