Great family time. Well located and the reception staff are very professional and very pleasant.

Very pleasant hotel, spacious and functional apartment, 5 minutes walk from the center. Very friendly and accommodating service. Pleasant swimming pool/spa even if it can be crowded.

We stayed at Pierre & Vacances Presqu'île de la Touques for 5 days, attracted by its exceptional location in the city center. Everything is within walking distance, which is a real asset.

However, our first night was marked by significant noise pollution, caused by a party in a neighboring apartment. This start to our stay, which we hoped would be relaxing, was therefore very disappointing. Additionally, the spa, which we were looking forward to, was disrupted by a large number of children and noise at the pool over the weekend. Fortunately, on Sunday and Monday, we were finally able to enjoy the infrastructure in perfect calm.

Despite these inconveniences, I would like to salute the remarkable professionalism of the management and staff, who were able to transform this mixed experience into a very good memory. After reporting these problems to reception, a touching gesture of attention was made: a bottle of regional cider, a box of filled madeleines, and a personalized note were delivered to me for my birthday. Parking was also offered to me, and we received a 10% discount on breakfasts.

I particularly thank Léa, the reception manager, for her attentive gesture, as well as Stéphane, the chef, for an impeccable welcome which exceeded our expectations. Finally, when I was leaving, a gentleman, without knowing who I was, came spontaneously to wish me a nice day and to make sure everything had gone well. I then learned that it was the director, whose kindness deserves to be highlighted.

However, there are a few points for improvement:

The temperature of the pool at 28°C seems a bit tight to me, especially for a wellness area.

Better respect for calm in the spa and swimming pool areas would be appreciable, especially on weekends, to guarantee an optimal moment of relaxation.

Despite these comments, we will happily return during the sunny days, favoring a stay during the week for an even more soothing experience.
