Beautiful apartment

The residence is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the city center, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Parking spaces are available and access is easy.
The staff is pleasant and the common areas are well maintained.
The downside comes from the apartment itself: we found it too small (the bathroom is ridiculously small for an apartment designed for 6 people). Cake wrappers were found under the bed and cobwebs were visible. The residence lacks insulation, both sound and thermal: we heard the slightest actions of the neighbors above, and as soon as the sun shines into the accommodation, the temperature rises happily above 28°C despite the blackout curtains. .
In short, our stay was pleasant because the residence is really well located. But for the downsides mentioned above, we will not return there.

Very beautiful residence in the heart of Saint-Lary and at the foot of the beautiful mountains of the Vallée d'Aure. Charming and very attentive team.

On the other hand, barely lukewarm water (after 2 days in the morning and evening, complaint made to reception. Laundry; 1 washing machine out of 2 and tumble dryer broken. No action despite my call to the number indicated and to reception. I reported to reception that the pool cover was not put on overnight from 08 14 to 08 15.
Response from reception; lack of technician...

A little expensive during holiday periods.
Otherwise ideal location, great swimming pool although too noisy.
