Huge disappointment!
We reserved a travel cot and were given it without the mattress, just the bed base! It's disrespectful and illogical! Safety reasons are cited when all we need to do is buy one that meets the standards!
Furthermore, the parking lot is often full and a bit far from the accommodation. The accommodation does the job, but it's not pleasant. We had two leak problems, but maybe we were just unlucky.
The only positive note is the pool, which was nice.
The staff is friendly at first, but some become tense as soon as you calmly point out a problem.

Very nice service, friendly staff, very good excursion suggestion, and well done to the chef and the restaurant staff, it was in very good condition, lots of choice and variety in terms of meals, we had a very good holiday

Without a doubt, the welcome was very pleasant and professional.
However, I was disappointed by the dated furniture and the lack of security in the room.

I'm there now. The pool has been closed for two days and I can hear the neighbors talking.

I left at 10am for a day out. The pool closed at 1pm and reopened at 6pm. When you eat, you don't get much juice (apple and orange juice). Everything is paid for, frankly, nothing. Apart from that, the service isn't bad.
