Fantastic stay, very practical facilities, great activities offered, very friendly and professional staff, comfortable apartment, good location for sightseeing and activities in the region, in short, a lot of fun :)
The grounds are lovely, and the facilities are excellent. The complex is quite large, so it's never crowded in one place.
The apartments are spacious and functional; they have everything you need!

My stay at this holiday village was very disappointing.
In general, the accommodations are outdated, poorly maintained, and the cleanliness level is clearly lacking.
The lodgings are very old-fashioned for the price and unsuitable for the intense heat.
The upstairs bedrooms are unbearable due to the heatwave, and the lack of shutters to protect the scorching windows during the day only makes matters worse!
Air conditioning is sorely lacking!
The "blackout" curtains have holes and are worn out.
The shutters in the living room downstairs are in a very old state (I think this problem has existed for several years, see photos).
The cleanliness of the accommodation was very average: cobwebs, cockroaches, and all sorts of insects throughout.
Aside from that: the pool and common areas are pleasant (even if the water temperature is a bit chilly), and the green spaces could be better maintained.
But many of the facilities seem neglected (mini-farm, amphitheater, skate park, etc.).
The only positive point is the restaurant, which is quite good with half-board.
However, if you're not on half-board, the prices are very high.
It's also a shame that you have to pay extra for every activity (mini-golf, tennis, etc.).

I don't think I'll return to Pierre & Vacances because the price/quality ratio is really disappointing.

Stunning setting with mountain views. Very friendly and helpful staff. The two water parks on the holiday village are a hit with both kids and adults. All the sports and entertainment activities are top-notch. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the accommodations. Otherwise, everything else is incredible. I highly recommend it! ?
