We are a family of four and were deeply disappointed by our stay in the Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Alpages Reberty residence.

By booking this accommodation (from February 10 to 17), we expected to benefit from a spacious and comfortable apartment, consistent with the descriptions on the Pierre et Vacances website. Unfortunately, the reality is far from the beautiful promises of the site.

The apartment supposed to accommodate six people is in reality too small for four, with very uncomfortable beds. We were unpleasantly surprised by the aging state of the apartment, the lack of comfort and the poor quality of the equipment. The cleanliness was more than limited, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state (we found hairs in the bathtub, mold everywhere, dust in the cupboards, etc.). The sofa bed in the living room must be 20 years old... it was so worn out that we didn't even want to sit on it, let alone sleep in it for fear of catching diseases.

As loyal Gold customers for years, we were deeply disappointed to see such a decline in the quality of services at this residence. Facilities such as ski lockers, sauna/hammam and common areas are also very dated and poorly maintained.

This residence is not worthy of a premium or even a three-star, especially at this price! We reported the information several times to customer service, but no response from them.

Residence to avoid if you are looking for a premium. You will find much better elsewhere and for less!

An ideal residence for going skiing: arrival and departure on skis. A welcoming, available and efficient team. Everything is included: sheets, towels, cleaning (except small cleaning of the kitchen) it's perfect for the holidays. For greater convenience, underground parking reservation recommended for car parking. There were 8 of us for accommodation for up to 8 people and everyone was able to find their place without stepping on each other, there is even a 2nd bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. On the other hand, there is only one toilet (remember to bring toilet paper!) which opens directly into the living room/kitchen... Please note, nearby small grocery store, ski rental, ski pass and 1 very nice restaurant. To get around, there is a shuttle that runs nearby and it's really convenient. You will have to return there to take advantage of the other services of the residence such as the swimming pool and the gym!

We have a good experience as a family of 4 in accommodation of 6.
The positives for us:
Quality of welcome, listening. Layout of the apartment, quality of the bedding
Heated swimming pool spa area (be careful there are 4 possible buildings needing to go through the outside, there is an option).
Access to the slopes is 50m away, the area is quiet with everything Good restaurant, sherpa, skiset, ESF...
The shuttle to go to other neighborhoods every 20 mins
Underground parking possible

Improvement points
A little old (tiled kitchen bench) but still OK
Quite a bit of muffled noise between apartments (concrete slab, wooden chair on the tiles, ski boots on the floors although prohibited)

Residence well located. Well equipped accommodation, however disappointed with this residence.
Very light housekeeping. Shelf, table, and furniture full of dust like the underside of the beds.
Pool and spa: cold pool, very small one-room changing room for the entire residence. Sauna 2 out of 4 in hammam function the same. This wellness area is not clean
We were asked to pay 50 euros to have accommodation at 12 p.m., when 3 families appeared in front of us and obtained their accommodation without payment. When we reported this to reception we were asked to come back later to resolve the situation following the numerous arrivals. When we return, we are told that this is not possible as we were given these instructions but that we will be called back after having discussed with management. We're still waiting for that call.
The exit from the ski room for access to the slopes, not maintained, and dangerous with shoes.

Nous tenons à vous informer que la température de la piscine est maintenue à 27°C conformément à notre charte environnementale, nous sommes navrés si sa température ne vous a pas convenu. Par ailleurs, il y a deux espaces vestiaires ouverts et trois cabines fermables pour se changer.

Concernant l'espace bien-être, nous faisons des nettoyages matin et après-midi, toutefois, sa propreté dépend également du respect des règles par nos clients, nous ne manquerons pas de faire un rappel. Nous disposons de 5 hammams et 4 saunas, actuellement un sauna et un hammam sont hors service, mais notre prestataire interviendra d'ici à la fin de la semaine pour rectifier la situation.

Concernant le check-in anticipé, c'est une prestation payante c'est la raison pour laquelle nos équipes vous ont informé qu'il n'était pas possible de la rembourser.

Quant à la sortie du casier à ski, elle est équipée de marches et de tapis antidérapants pour assurer la sécurité de nos clients. Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés et prenons en compte vos remarques pour améliorer nos services.
