SHAMEFUL: Theft, rules ignored, and a phantom manager!

A resort to be avoided at all costs. My après-ski boots (worth approximately €200) were stolen at the pool because there aren't enough lockers for everyone in the evening. You're forced to leave your belongings unsecured, and management washes their hands of it.

The customer service is appalling: the manager is NEVER available when you want to resolve an issue. You're given the runaround day after day.

To top it all off, the "relaxation" area is a joke. The sauna and steam room are overrun with very young children, even though it's strictly forbidden for those under 16. The staff says nothing, it's noisy, dangerous, and impossible to relax.

No security, no respect for the rules, no consideration for the customer. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful holiday.

The apartment is far too small – even for three adults, it's very cramped. There's hardly any storage space, neither for clothes nor for groceries.

The entire complex is in dire need of renovation.

This is our fourth Pierre et Vacance stay, and by far the worst.

The service, however, has been quite good so far. So the problem isn't with the staff, but with the planners and managers.

Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Poor Management

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. The management seems completely indifferent to hygiene standards and guest feedback.

The Bed/Hygiene Issue:
On our last day, the house rules required us to strip the bed sheets and remove the towels ourselves. This is when I discovered a massive, disgusting urine stain on the mattress. I realized I had been sleeping on this for the entire week.
I informed the staff in person immediately, and I also detailed the situation in the official post-stay survey the hotel sent me. Despite reporting this through their own feedback system, I have received zero apologies and zero explanation. It is clear they do not clean their mattress protectors or inspect beds between guests.

The Facilities
While the gym wasn't the primary reason we booked, it was a significant plus for us. However, it was unusable as the machines had no power. When I informed the staff, their only response was that they "didn't know how to fix it." It’s frustrating when the amenities that help you decide on a property don't even work.

Do not stay here if you value cleanliness or professional service. Finding a giant stain on your bed is a nightmare; having the hotel ignore your formal complaint about it is unacceptable.

The discovery of a large urine stain on the mattress on your last day is completely unacceptable and far below the hygiene standards we aim to maintain. We understand how distressing it must have been to realise you had been sleeping on this for the entire week. We also regret that the gym facilities were unusable due to a lack of power and that our team was unable to provide a solution. We recognise how frustrating it is when advertised amenities are not available or functioning.
