So of course we are in a region where luxury is king, so the apartments of the Les Restanques residence may seem a little cheap to the billionaires who sail in yachts along the Gulf of Saint Tropez... but if you are people normal then you are in for a treat! Fully equipped apartments that are more than functional and comfortable, views of the mountains and the Gulf of Saint Trop, small portable air conditioning for hot days, lagoon and wave swimming pools, slides and a splendid little lake... all in one region which smells of the south and relaxation... the large beaches of Croix Valmer are not far away, nor are water activities...
and for those who enjoy a quiet day, we recommend the nautical base of Lac de l'Aréna in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, a 45-minute drive inland.
We liked the welcome, the location of the residence close to everything, the swimming pools etc...
The only downside for us is the (independent) restaurant of this beautiful residence, just one poor waitress to do everything (reception, seating, drinks, taking orders, service, etc.) on a Sunday evening...it's meh..

We just spent a week there and the only positive thing is the view of the bay.
The accommodation is not maintained, the cleaning is sloppy, everything is full of grease, everything is sticky. I'm not talking about the absence of air conditioning in the apartments! It’s 2024, even the campsites have…
Not even a mosquito net even though there are tons of insects.
So it's impossible to open the windows.
Very few activities for young people, pool supervisors who take a nap after lunch…
Really big deterioration of Pierre and vacation, we must get back on our feet and maintain our heritage too.

After reading the many negative reviews we are pleasantly surprised after having stayed 15 days in this stone and vacation
It was perfect, studio 4 was very well appointed despite the lack of air conditioning we did not suffer from the heat, the accommodation is well insulated and the fan is more than sufficient.
The swimming pools are very good, as are the activities offered (pétanque court, basketball, football, etc.)
Very welcoming staff at reception.
In short, we had a very good family vacation and the negative comments are not justified.

I was very worried before getting there seeing the number of negative reviews. We are a couple in our thirties with a 13 month old baby, we had a very good week! So yes the rooms are not the best 80s style, but in fact we are only there to sleep or eat.. No air conditioning but this is stated in the advert, so fan on site and again, we We didn't even use it, we played with the drafts, the mosquito repellent plug and that's it! Good entertainment and above all the swimming pool is magnificent!

Price level actually it is expensive when we know that there are individuals who rent by the week much cheaper in the residence..
