Horrible. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation offered and the service obtained. The unit was outdated and very far from everything. Literally frozen in the 85s and never renovated. The door did not lock from the outside but above all, not only is there no air conditioning but there are no mosquito nets on the windows. How do you want to cool down for the night if you can't keep the windows open? Because you should know that the main window is in fact a patio door and that several units overlook the ground floor. We were told the hotel provided a fan. Indeed, only one, even though there were two rooms for sleeping. I find it unacceptable that I was told that it is the norm to sleep with the doors open in St-Tropez and that I just had to spray us with mosquito repellent. It’s very reductive. Who in 2024 sleeps with the patio door wide open without protection in ground floor accommodation? With children?

The parking lot was hundreds of yards from the unit. With luggage and family it's way too far. We had to cross a dark underground parking lot, take an elevator similar to a freight elevator and go through multiple corridors to arrive in a daunting unit on the ground floor even though we had paid for a balcony with a view of the sea. Anyone or what could enter the unit through the patio door or open window.

Unfortunately we had paid in advance when booking. There was no possible accommodation/understanding. Well that says it all, we preferred to lose the $1061 paid than to spend a single night in this place. Save yourself, you deserve better and at least a safe night's sleep.

Very beautiful location which deteriorates from year to year!
The restaurant is a disaster: the unfriendly person in the morning who yells at us who complains to leave
Very expensive meal and no choice!
The lifeguard and beach attendant team is a disaster! Better get to work and enforce the rules instead of strutting around
In short… those who manage the site should (aful) should take a tour of the site… but no, they prefer to relax on the deckchairs….!!

The rooms are very worn out and damaged, the location is terrible if you want to move around the area, the reception hours are terrible for a hotel of that category and the worst is a very hot area so the rooms do not have air conditioning.
Highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

The best thing about the residential complex is the staff that works there. Kind, attentive, helpful people...
Bad access to get there, mountain passes with roads from the 60s, access to the residential area hidden in the middle of a road without a shoulder and without prior signage.
The apartment: old, needs urgent renovation, old furniture, does not have split or ducted air conditioning, only a device, upon request, for portable air conditioning and a fan. Very small kitchen, without an oven to make some traditional pizzas.
The residential has swimming pools and tennis courts.

Something to improve is also the reception hours. They are only there until 7 p.m.

I would not recommend it, quality price..., expensive and leaves a lot to be desired.

The residence is absolutely magnificent in a grandiose landscaped environment.
I had checked the reviews and was very surprised by the negative reviews which mainly concern stays out of season and it is obvious that the services are restricted during these periods but the place remains "magical" to my taste.
I highly recommend and look forward to returning.
