We went for my birthday and we'll definitely be back. In Andorra's off-season, it's very reasonably priced and the rooms are luxurious. The only downside is that breakfast is a bit expensive, but otherwise it's perfect. The location is ideal. Just be aware that there's paid parking at the hotel, or you can find paid street parking as well.

Terrible. We booked the suite to propose to my partner. The access to the jacuzzi was awful; there was nothing to hold onto, no toilet paper, and it was dusty. The spiral staircase was broken, dangerous, and slippery. Hygiene was poor; they didn't provide the usual toothbrushes or complimentary water. The TV didn't have any music channels. The stereo's Bluetooth didn't work, so we couldn't hear anything. The lighting was poor, and to top it all off, there was construction across the street that kept us awake.

We spent one night at this hotel.
We found it very good! The service is very good, and the food is very good and sufficient. The hotel's location is ideal, with a slight downside being the exterior soundproofing, which isn't great at night.

A very good experience. Having arrived without a reservation around 8 p.m., I received a very warm welcome, and my room was ready in 10 minutes.

The receptionist who checked me in was lovely, respectful, and warm.

The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Everything was very clean and functional.

I was given a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, and they also offered my partner a soft drink, proving that they have high standards and a desire to please their guests.

The hotel restaurant is worth a visit. I recommend making a reservation, although I was able to reserve at 9 p.m. for 9:30 p.m. without any problems.
