Stay in a junior suite, magnificent room, impeccable bedding. Only big downside, no bathrobe or slippers for a hotel of this standard, huge mistake!!! We were not able to take advantage of the terrace, due to very very large works in front of the hotel door and in front of the terrace of our suite. No apology from the hotel for this inconvenience, no empathy and even less commercial gesture. Limit the hotel does not care about customers' complaints regarding its work (even if we understand that it is not the fault of this one). It is nowhere noted that there is such major work!!!! The reception staff needs to be reviewed, not friendly, not polite!! On the other hand, the restaurant staff is very pleasant, helpful and very polite.
We should still warn people about these major works for the inconvenience that this causes and lower the prices for services that we cannot benefit from such as the bedroom terrace because it will still last 2 years or more!! I would have given the hotel 5 stars but one point less for the reception staff, and one point for the bathrobe, slippers and the terrace which we were not able to take advantage of!!!

Good service, the food at the Coure restaurant, within the same hotel, is spectacular.

Magnificent hotel! Superb room, very spacious and then the magnificent bathroom, big plus for the hot tub.
The downsides: we saw a construction site, breakfast is much too expensive at €18 per person.

Nous regrettons toutefois que la vue sur les travaux ait affecté votre expérience. Bien que ces travaux soient externes à notre établissement, nous comprenons que cela puisse impacter l'agrément de nos hôtes. Concernant le prix du petit déjeuner, nous offrons une sélection de produits de qualité, à la fois en buffet et à la carte, pour assurer un début de journée des plus agréables à nos hôtes.

An excellent hotel in the center of the pedestrian zone. Recommended (you'll need to walk a bit with your luggage)

What a lack of professionalism from the hotel, works and horrible parking.

Gracias por dedicarle unos minutos de su valioso tiempo a dejarnos su reseña.

Lamentamos profundamente que su experiencia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Entendemos que la presencia de obras puede generar inconvenientes y, aunque son completamente ajenas a nuestro hotel, nos apena cualquier molestia que hayan podido ocasionar.

Respecto al aparcamiento, nos esforzamos por ofrecer alternativas cómodas y seguras a escasa distancia del hotel y sentimos cualquier problema que haya encontrado al respecto.

Quedamos a su entera disposición.
