We stayed from February 12th to 16th.
The hotel is centrally located, exactly what you'd expect. The rooms are worthy of a 5-star hotel.
However, we had a rather strange experience. On the evening of February 15th, we called to request room service, and the answer was no, they didn't have that service that night because they didn't have enough staff… I believe it's non-negotiable that a 4-star hotel should have room service. Perhaps this review is more focused on management, as it could have been a staffing miscalculation, but I believe you can never neglect your own guests.

Es un placer saber que nuestras habitaciones cumplieron con sus expectativas y le brindaron la calidad que busca en una estancia de alto nivel.

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos servicios no estuvieran disponibles en el momento que los necesitaba. En nuestro hotel, contamos con servicio de habitaciones las 24 horas, por lo que lo ocurrido aquella noche fue una circunstancia excepcional que estamos revisando para garantizar que no se repita.

Por otro lado, nos enorgullece ofrecer una ubicación privilegiada que permite a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar de la comodidad de estar en el centro de Andorra, rodeados de todos los servicios y conexiones que facilitan una experiencia completa.

I loved it. It's true that breakfast is a bit pricey, but it's high quality—not expensive at all compared to other places in the area. If you're going to spend money, I prefer to spend it on a hotel like this. Despite the price of the reservation and breakfast, I think it's worth it if you want a top-notch stay in Andorra. The location is also quite good, right on Meritxell Avenue. The receptionists, a man with glasses, were courteous and helped us by giving us directions to the local esim (Andorran business school). I think we'll return to the hotel. Breakfast is one of its strong points, as it's a good place to eat, and then there's the location. The jacuzzi is also nice.
