Terrible welcome. Very unpleasant receptionist. And bonus: we arrived 45 minutes before the free street parking was due to start, and they tried to charge us €15 for parking (for the day).
Well-located residence. Quiet. Be careful, the cleanliness is limited. Unfortunately, we had an apartment that didn't have great exposure.

Booked for 2 nights in mid-August. Great location. Parking on the street is a huge challenge, very busy. If you check in before 6:00 PM, you can use the paid parking garage. Small, dated rooms. It gets very hot at night with 4 people. We were given a ground-floor room with no view. Both windows looked out onto the neighbors' walls. Be sure to request a room with a land view when booking. I didn't pay a deposit but waited 10 minutes for a final check during checkout.

Het verheugt ons dat u gebruik kon maken van onze parkeergarage door vóór 18:00 uur in te checken. Dit biedt inderdaad een praktische oplossing voor gasten die met de auto reizen.

Onze appartementen zijn ingericht met aandacht voor functionaliteit, waarbij we regelmatig updates uitvoeren. Qua temperatuurbeheersing bieden wij extra ventilatiemogelijkheden op aanvraag. Daarnaast streven we ernaar onze uitcheckprocedures zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Graag ontvangen wij u weer voor een zorgeloos wintersportavontuur.

Update: Be careful with the deposit. It seems like returning it is a favor. I'll tell you about our situation.

The first day we asked for a crib, which we ultimately didn't use, as our son slept in the bed with us. The next day I went to reception to pay for the first night (€8) and to tell them we wouldn't be using it for the rest of our stay, so I wanted to return it and even take the crib from the apartment to reception myself.

The lady at reception very kindly told me that we didn't need to pay for the first night of the crib since we hadn't used it. She also told me to bring the crib out into the hallway around 7:00 PM, which was when she closed reception and I could pick it up. This seemed odd to me, since I'd rather have taken it myself than left it in the hallway. In any case, I listened to her, and at approximately 7:05 p.m., I took the crib out into the hallway and waited for no one to take it (since we could see the entire hallway through the peephole in our door and could monitor that everything was going well).

Within a few minutes, someone came by and I heard them pick up and take the crib. It was indeed someone who worked for the company, so the crib was returned and everything was fine.

So, where's the problem?
They say they can't find the crib comforter and that until they find it, they won't return my deposit. I quote, "the housekeeper hasn't found the crib cover." This is either a lie or not my problem because I returned the crib with all its elements (mattress, pillow, and cover).

The situation has left me feeling uneasy, as they've questioned my integrity and my actions, even though we've treated the apartment perfectly and left it cleaner than we found it.

I've been in contact with them for several days, and they finally gave the order to return my deposit, but I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth. They gave me a lecture on the phone about not leaving things in the hallway (I'm shocked because this is something I already know, it's common sense), and when I told them, "I did it because the girl at reception told me to," they said, "She says no, but we're not going to get into who said what."

So, all this fuss was because they were poorly organized and apparently lost a crib bedding, and on top of that, they're lying ??‍♀️ I don't know whether to keep the 3 stars or lower them to 2.

—- post prior to the deposit situation:

Good things: friendly staff, they quickly resolve questions and issues; no doors were noisy (very important when you're with babies/small children); The cushions are comfortable, and towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided; the finishes look good.

Cons: It was very hot in the apartment because it was in the sun all day, and we couldn't open the windows because there was a small roof outside that was crawling with insects. There's no air conditioning. They should provide dishwasher or dish soap, just like they provide the shower gel, which is embedded in a bottle on the wall and that solves the problem. The mattress is very uncomfortable; we honestly didn't sleep well because of it. In fact, the one on the sofa bed is more comfortable than the one on the bed. It's very far from the center of Pas, and there's no more direct route other than walking the same distance as cars.

In general: really, go to other apartments, or assume your stay costs X + a €200 deposit.
