We have felt totally scammed by the management of these apartments. At the end of our stay, they did not return the 200 euros deposit, despite having complied with all the conditions and leaving the apartment in perfect condition.

Since then, we have tried to communicate in multiple ways: we have sent several emails and messages, but they do not respond. It is evident that their strategy is to ignore customers once they have been paid. This shows an absolute lack of professionalism and transparency.

While the apartment itself may seem like a good option at first, the risk of them taking your money without any justification is too high. We feel deceived and helpless, because no one comes forward or offers a solution.

If you are thinking of staying here, think twice. It is not worth risking your money with a company that does not respect its customers or deliver on its promises.

We would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you don't want to be disappointed like us!

As if that weren't enough, they don't answer the emails and we are still waiting for 200 euros, which is already a significant sum for a deposit. We are even considering taking legal measures, it seems like a joke to me and taking into account the good experience we had in general, because the stove system in the kitchen, which was induction, also began to fail, the secretariat had an edge that responded to us badly and looked with a bad face every time we asked or complained about something, and not to mention that the toilet paper was not included and we had to buy it ourselves, the good things are quite overshadowed, in short our patience is running out and Be careful because they are stupid.

Your management of the €200 deposit is a real deception.
When checking out, they assured us that they would return it to us the same day after checking the condition of the apartment. Lie. After more than 15 days, after changing and telling us that the policy is 14 business days (something they never mentioned in person), we continue to complain and they only ignore us or receive excuses.
We feel cheated, they take advantage of people. They waste our time, no one gives solutions. It is not normal that we have to be chasing them to get our money back. Plus they are edges.
I do not recommend this accommodation at all. They don't keep their word and steal customers' money without justification. They are not trustworthy.
