A nightmare! They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, make you pay for a "transit" night in Pas de la Casa by downgrading your room, and after a whole night and morning of negotiation, they "grant" you two nights instead of the three you originally booked and paid for. It's outrageous and shocking. I've never seen such behavior from Pierre & Vacances. My 9-year-old daughter will remember this ordeal and this experience for a long time. I absolutely do not recommend them, neither in France, nor even less so in Andorra. There are other hotels or rentals that are so much more reliable, where you can fully enjoy your stay. Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs! An absolute nightmare, and don't count on Pierre & Vacances France customer service; they abandon you once your stay has begun. They charged us for 3 nights for 2 people after changing our accommodation. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire apartment, and it was in a deplorable, filthy state. They absolve themselves of all responsibility by claiming the accommodation matched the advertisement, which is completely false. A truly terrifying residence. If you want to have a good holiday in Andorra, avoid Pierre & Vacances at all costs!

We had booked an apartment in the Alba residence in El Tarter. The premises were old and outdated. The apartment had a foul odor as soon as we opened the door.
The studio was tiny and completely unsuitable for three people. There were no beds, just a sofa bed.

Luckily, we had booked through Booking.com, which quickly found us a solution.
Other people were also complaining at reception about the dilapidated state of the apartment.
The receptionist couldn't do anything for us because she closes at 6:30 pm.
It doesn't live up to the image of Pierre & Vacances, and we've stayed in several of the group's residences.
This residence is not representative of the other apartments you can find in Andorra. I absolutely do not recommend it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We stayed for three days. To welcome us, the receptionist scolded us several times, saying we were late, even though we had called to explain the delay due to car trouble and were told there was no problem. The next day, the same receptionist treated us very rudely, claiming they had received noise complaints from our apartment, which wasn't true. She said they couldn't kick us out of the country and issued us a fine. She was incredibly ill-mannered and shouldn't be working in customer service!

The apartment was quite nice, but the older receptionist had a very rude and arrogant tone. For the sake of the business, that woman shouldn't be dealing with the public! Very poor manners during check-in
