If you want to go to a deplorable place, go to these apartments.

The first day they gave us a room, which looked like no one had been in it in months, it smelled musty and was dirty. Under the furniture there were small insects killed by the spiders that were in the apartment, of which there were many.

We finally had to go to reception to complain and have to move at 9:30 pm to another apartment, which was somewhat better. But nothing could be further from the truth, the next morning we had ants on the kitchen and bathroom counters. Again we had to complain and they came to fumigate.
We also had to call to have the sheets changed since they were stained and they told us that they would come and clean and change them that same day. To our surprise, no one went to clean or anything and we complained again so that they would finally change them.
Also the cistern in this apartment was look at me and don't touch me, it leaked water and sometimes it didn't even go.

It seems worth studying that a place like this remains open.

Nice facility, unfortunately in need of renovation.
Parking spaces are subject to a charge, some of which are covered.
Rooms were large, equipped with everything you need.
There was no cleaning here in 12 days, we received fresh towels twice. You have to buy toilet paper yourself.
We booked it just because of the location and the view.
It was completely enough. I wouldn't book it again, the food was always the same, nothing special.
Safe in the room cost extra. We would have to pay a deposit of 200 EUR, which would be refunded upon departure.
We could use 2 swimming pools and lots of free loungers (loungers were already pretty worn) free of charge.
The facility was always locked and we had to ring the bell when leaving and entering, then the gate would open and we could drive in by car.
The staff was very friendly.
Prices were ok.

Rooms, very clean, except for the grass, which is in front of our terrace...
