I don't know what's going on at this residence this year, but we're seriously worried. We usually come here for two-week stays, but this year will definitely be the last. After a 12-hour drive, we received a terrible welcome. Apparently, we were pressuring the cleaning staff to get the apartment faster… which is absolutely not the case. I was told by a receptionist that I was being disrespectful. I simply wanted to see where the apartment was located, and since this woman was there, we simply asked her if she could tell us when it would be ready. She kindly and politely replied that it would be within an hour. Today, I'm being told that I'm taking up the space of two cars, which is true, except that the hedge overhangs on one side, damaging the paintwork, and on the other side, a car is parked across the space. So, it's impossible to park normally. In short… Now let's be clear, the room is right next to a heat pump that makes a deafening noise. The temperatures are rather low this time of year, and the heating hasn't worked for two days. Not to mention that the residence as a whole is poorly maintained and visibly deteriorating. It would be more considerate to respect your guests rather than create tension when we're trying to relax and enjoy our holidays.

Superb location. Very warm welcome. However, we were disappointed upon arrival as the apartment was completely unusable. Furthermore, the photos, whether for the 4-person apartment (with one bedroom), renovated or not, are misleading. We are fortunate enough to travel 3 to 4 times a year and have never had an apartment without any cupboards or furniture... except for the small ones in the kitchenette.
