Upon our arrival on a Sunday, the elevator was out of order and wasn't repaired until the following Saturday, just before the next arrivals. This lack of responsiveness is surprising for a stay costing €1800. Climbing four flights of stairs throughout our entire stay was quite inconvenient. It's a shame, because the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff were pleasant and attentive.
Excellent stay
We had a pleasant stay at this Pierre & Vacances resort in Méribel. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and as described. The setting is lovely and the location is excellent.
Upon arrival, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, but the problem was quickly resolved by running the water.
After that, everything went very smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this resort.
