Quiet residence set back from the coastal boulevard. Clean, newly renovated apartment. The issues reported by other tenants (cockroaches) appear to have been resolved.

Lack of cleanliness... dust between the beds and underneath.
The toilet was very scaled up at the bottom and sides, making it unpleasant to use (yellowish/brown). There was only one roll of toilet paper for a 6-person room for 3 days, one pillow was missing, and there was no cleaning kit, which we had to request from reception even though it should have been provided. Upon arrival, we had booked two 6-person rooms for our entire family on the same floor, but we were told they were on different floors. After some discussion, we were given another room on the same floor, but smaller (5 people). We asked if we could get a discount, and we were told no! Yet the prices were different for 5 or 6 people when we booked and paid. Very noisy, poorly soundproofed, and the doors in the hallways slammed very loudly when they closed. We slept very poorly during our stay from February 13th to 15th, 2026.

On the other hand, it was nice to have on-site parking and a good location.
