Stay away – unhygienic and unacceptable! We booked the accommodation but checked out immediately. The room had mold and other people's hair on the upholstery, bloodstains on the curtains, dirty stains on the walls, and a strong, unpleasant odor, especially in the toilet. After we complained, a staff member inspected the room and simply said, "That's just how it is" – only the toilet could be cleaned again. Absolutely not recommended – do not book here under any circumstances!
I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. Despite repeated emails to clarify information and requests regarding our stay, I received no response. This shouldn't happen in a hotel of this category.
The rooms were fine, but the lack of communication seriously tarnished the overall experience. It's frustrating when you try to get support and no one responds. A 4-star hotel should be customer-focused and respond to requests promptly.
I hope the hotel management improves the communication process so that future guests can have a more pleasant experience. Until then, I can only advise against staying there.
Very good location near the sea, shops, and town/village. The apartment is very clean, and the two receptionists are very professional. I received my access code by email three days before my rental. No problem parking in the underground parking lot (free). Quiet residence. Impeccable air conditioning.

The building is in an excellent location, but it hasn't been renovated or updated since it was built. The entire building is very old, and the rooms have furniture that looks like it was scrapped. The air conditioning wasn't working, which was unacceptable in July, but they fixed it by giving us a fan... Not at all recommended. Oh, and the dirty pool.
