Beautiful site, beautiful cottages, nice welcome

Disappointed with the room the paint is peeling on the walls the doors in a very worn state cobwebs sink with toothpaste on arrival? the entrance to the dilapidated buildings covered with moss on the walls....the small tennis court is in a pitiful state, nice children's play structure my daughter loves
...we wanted to change and try something other than 4-5 star hotels but Pierre et Vacances I'm disappointed. Far from what we see on TV... For me it's not premium
Not to mention the neighbors upstairs who we moved in 4 days or we were unbearable or it was the work I don't know ?
Ideal because close to the sea
