Very well located. We had a room with a view of the royal city, magnificent. Comfortable bedding. The amenities were excellent. The only downside depends on the neighbors on the terrace, whether they're noisy or not, because the terraces are separated only by screens, so you can hear everything.
We won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful residence, just the right distance from the Loire castles. Excellent views of the medieval town of Loches. Beautiful and adequate rooms and a heated pool.
Private parking is available, and it's super large and convenient.
In short, a perfect stay.

I only gave it 3 stars for the location, which is great, the free parking, and the pool.
Unfortunately, the bay windows in some apartments, including ours, aren't great during the heatwave, especially since there's no air conditioning, only poor fans. If you want to eat on your terrace, you're eating with the neighbors, some of whom shout until 3 a.m.
Accommodation for 6 people, fortunately there were only 4 of us, the sofa bed in the living room wasn't comfortable at all.
Otherwise, the cleanliness of the accommodation and the grounds were excellent.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour Sylvain ! Nous sommes ravis que l’emplacement, le parking et la piscine vous aient plu.

Nous sommes navrés pour les désagréments rencontrés : baie vitrée difficilement gérable avec la canicule, ventilateurs insuffisants, voisinage bruyant et confort du canapé lit. Ce n’est absolument pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir.

Plenty of space because it's a holiday apartment in a former mill, to which a few apartment complexes have been added. A portal provides all the information regarding parking and house rules. You receive one towel per person per stay. A drying rack is available. Laundry, which is located in a separate laundry room on the premises, is subject to a fee.
