The 6-person apartment we stayed in probably dates back to the late 1970s and is still in its original state... No shutters, just thick curtains; a kitchen without a range hood; a children's sleeping area the size of a closet; no air conditioning, just a fan that circulates the hot air; and finally, a terrace that was advertised but turned out to be a fully glazed loggia that became an oven in the full sun.
During this period of intense heat, the pool hours were not adjusted. Furthermore, the management showed no concern for our well-being throughout our 7-day stay.
Aside from the location, although noisy, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. After this experience, we will never return to a Pierre & Vacances resort.

A disgrace.

Arriving at 3:30 pm in the middle of a heatwave, we discovered there was no reception and that check-in was at 5 pm. It was impossible to get into the building. Another guest pointed out a key box hidden between two buildings, open and malfunctioning, with an emergency number concealed behind it.

When we called, we reached another Pierre & Vacances resort. The response: "You should have read the terms and conditions; check-in is at 5 pm."

When did it become normal to make guests wait until 5 pm, with no reception, no air conditioning, no assistance on site, in the middle of a heatwave?

It went from 2 pm to 3 pm, then 4 pm, and now 5 pm. Keep this up and soon it will be 8 pm with a 6 am departure.

The overall impression is that the organization is designed to compensate for staff shortages rather than to properly welcome guests.

Pierre & Vacances deserves better than this. So do the guests.

Residence benefiting from an exceptional location.

Beautiful place, quiet, clean, nothing to complain about. It's a shame there's no air conditioning in the rooms.

Thank you for your warm welcome and for this peaceful and charming place, with the lovely scent of the plants and the sounds of birds, located in this delightful town! Private parking and a secure residence are a real plus these days. I had a wonderful week. I'll be back next year to continue my sightseeing, as there's so much to see and do that a week simply isn't enough... See you next year!
