A beautiful view, beach 5-10 minutes away. A warm welcome and plenty of activities available nearby: children's activities, gourmet experiences, walks…

The park is beautifully situated and, considering all the nearby attractions, very nicely located.

The cottages are outdated due to a lack of maintenance. There are missing tiles on the terrace, poorly fitted toilet seats, and paint that is bulging in the bathroom. I would address that, and then it would immediately receive five stars for the 'rooms' category as well.

The outdoor pool is heated. The indoor pool may only be visited with children from 14:30 onwards.

There are no catering facilities on the park. Therefore, a lot of cooking is done at home or walking to the village. In the month of July, there is a food truck on Fridays and Sundays. I haven't used it yet.

We've visited several times in the spring, in June, and this time in July. The site is always beautiful. Superb view of Houlgate and the sea. The gardens are very well maintained. The peace and quiet are much appreciated. The reception staff are very friendly. However, year after year we notice numerous issues in the apartments and houses (very damaged kitchen cabinets, little crockery, bathrooms in need of updating, a dirty and stained sofa in the living room, tiles on the terrace needing replacement, etc.). It's a shame for a Premium resort. The outdoor pool is very pleasant. On the other hand, regarding the Algotherm Spa, where one seeks relaxation before or after treatments, I don't understand why access to the indoor pool has been made free for Pierre & Vacances residents. It's too crowded. The pool quickly turns into a paddling pool with children!

Peaceful and excellent service

We've been trying to book online for a week now... Impossible! "Technical error, please try again in a few minutes"... Except we've been trying for a week, several times a day, on our mobile phone and computer... We can't even log in to an existing account!

Does Pierre & Vacances just not need customers?

Even when we call the place we want, they say, "Leave me your number, I'll call you back because I'm alone right now handling reservations and welcoming people at reception"...
