Seaside residence! Top apartment. Excellent quality/price ratio. Perfect welcome! I recommend ?

Huge disappointment. The accommodation was freezing cold, with no heating, very limited cleanliness (hairs in the bed, tissues stuck between the sheets and the duvet, etc.), and barely enough dishes. I booked by phone at the last minute with my two children, and the person took advantage of the situation to charge €110 per night instead of the €90 advertised on Booking.com.
The next morning, I sent a message to report our departure and the problems: message received, no response, no apology.
At that price, the minimum would be clean accommodation, a little warmth, and a bit of respect for the guests. It's a shame, because the place could be nice, but this is clearly neglectful.
