The apartment is very well laid out and pleasant, with a magnificent view of the marina. The two swimming pools are a real plus; although small, they are well maintained. The common areas could be better maintained; there's a real contrast with the condition of the apartments. Note that it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

For many years, about 20, we have been vacationing in Empuriabrava and have wonderful memories of our stays. Everything is perfect, from the views of the many canals to the ideally located residence. As we are older, we find many advantages there: the peace and quiet, the friendliness, and the comfort of the hotel. The two receptionists, always smiling and welcoming upon our arrival, greet us with the aim of fulfilling our requests and go out of their way to help. The change of scenery is truly captivating when we see people waving to us from their boats as they come and go; their joy is contagious, and we feel relaxed and happy. We would be disappointed if we could no longer go.

Some friends and we rented two apartments for a weekend getaway. We were traveling with our dogs and a three-year-old daughter. The reception staff were very friendly. Since we arrived after reception closed, they left the keys in a safe outside. The best thing about the apartments is the view of the canal. Otherwise, it's clear that it was originally an apartment complex built for individual owners, but Pierre bought it as a whole to rent out. The apartments have one or two bedrooms with an open-plan living room and kitchen. They have all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, and the air conditioning works well enough to keep the sun from turning the apartment into a sweltering oven. Aesthetically, it's clear that they renovated or updated the complex some time ago. On the lower floor, there's an outdoor pool overlooking the canal, and on the rooftop, there's also a pool and jacuzzi, as well as a mini-golf course and benches and tables for enjoying the view. It's located in a super quiet area of Empuriabrava, so it's ideal for getting away from it all. Regarding cleanliness, it's the typical level you'd expect from apartments managed by Pierre. We arrived to find the bed made, extra linens, and towels. There's a soap dispenser in the shower. As for whether the floor or kitchen were clean enough? I didn't take the time to inspect it closely. As an extra, you can choose a room with a terrace (there are only a couple in the whole complex, as the rest have large windows) and rent an outdoor parking space (highly recommended if you're driving). The price skyrockets during the summer months, so if you want a few days of relaxation and can book at other times, you'll save a lot. We really enjoyed it, especially the views and the tranquility of the area, so we'll definitely be back. And you absolutely must take a trip along the canals in one of the boats available for rent (no license required). It's surprising to see Empuriabrava and the chalets from the perspective of the canals.

Valoramos que destacara la amabilidad de nuestro equipo en recepción y el sistema de recogida de llaves fuera del horario habitual. Las vistas al canal desde los apartamentos y el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos son aspectos que nos enorgullece ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes.

Dicho esto, lamentamos que las tarifas en temporada alta puedan resultar elevadas. Siempre recomendamos consultar diferentes fechas para encontrar la opción más conveniente.

No obstante, nos complace que apreciara la tranquilidad de nuestra ubicación. Como bien menciona, los paseos en embarcación por los canales son una forma única de descubrir la zona.

Esperamos nos conceda la oportunidad de ponernos nuevamente a su servicio en el futuro.

Valoramos que haya destacado la comodidad del apartamento y las vistas al canal desde su habitación. Las dos piscinas son, sin duda, un plus para relajarse después de explorar la zona. Además, nuestra ubicación cerca de la playa y sitios como el Museo Dalí suele encantar a quienes buscan tanto descanso como actividades cercanas.
