One-week stay in February 2026.
The reception staff were impeccable: helpful staff, clear and well-organized information. A good starting point.
However, the apartment (sleeps 6) is seriously showing its age. The furniture and bathrooms are outdated and desperately need a complete renovation.
But the most problematic aspect is the bedding: basic foam mattresses that caused me back pain throughout my stay. Unacceptable for a week's holiday that was supposed to be relaxing.
Add to that the €15 weekly charge for Wi-Fi—a frankly anachronistic practice in 2026, even if we understand that this decision is based on an annual vote by the co-owners.
The residence, built in the 1970s, has certainly had time to recoup its initial investment. It's high time the owners agreed to bring the place up to current standards: quality furniture, bathrooms, and especially mattresses. The vacationers deserve it.
Excellent location right at the foot of the slopes.
The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful with everything from reception and maintenance to the restaurant. You can order bread and pastries for the next day directly from the restaurant. The walkway between the two buildings is very pleasant. A very enjoyable stay.
Very plleasant staff. Functional rooms even if a bit dated. Clean environment. Nice to have the bar restaurant within the résidence. Good location near the ski lift only a short walk away. Would definitely go back.
