Very good location and nice staff. Very poor furnishings in the apartments, unhygienic and outdated wellness area, everything seems in need of renovation. Comfort of the apartments is definitely NOT premium!

Warm and traditional setting, the relaxation area is very complete (hammam, sauna, swimming pool, billiards, etc.). Close to the ski lifts. A great place to relax and ski.

We were very disappointed by the state of the Residence. We had come 6 years previously, and found the Residence in a worse state than we had left it. The apartment was in a dilapidated state (scratched furniture, broken shower door, a shower that was blocked when arriving, lack of dishes, exposed and trailing wires and cables on the floor, disgusting ski locker with crumpled papers on the floor, a television with a fluctuating signal, a sofa with an unstable seat). We came with two children and had requested, as the site says, the provision of a baby bed. Said bed was available but without a mattress. There is no handrail on the stairs, which makes the transition between floors difficult, especially when going up/down with our baby. The pool was cool, and we discovered when we arrived that the spa was permanently closed, even though the site did not mention this information at all. The apartment was also very dark (I had asked in August when booking to have a bright apartment): we had to turn on the lights from 3 p.m. in the afternoon. The Meribel farms claim to be a Premium establishment: they have the price, but not the standing promised on the site. Note the staff who try to find solutions, are kind, and make do with the few resources available to them.

Concernant le lit bébé, il a été choisi avec soin pour garantir confort et sécurité à votre enfant. Il répond à la norme NF-EN 716 relative aux lits pliants pour enfants qui préconise de ne pas ajouter de second matelas dans le lit afin de prévenir tout risque de suffocation. Le matelas n'est donc pas fourni avec le lit pliant.

Nous sommes reconnaissants pour vos mots sur notre personnel, qui fait de son mieux, pour vous faire passer une expérience agréable malgré les circonstances.

A little disappointed with our stay, we arrived the accommodation was not clean, there are still traces of New Year's Day not made by people before confetti bottle cap.
The accommodation was not what we had seen in the photos of the reservation we were 3 couples there were only 2 rooms the 3rd couple slept on the upstairs landing.
There is also a lack of light on the balcony with night falling quickly, which is a shame.
Access to the swimming pool is not practical; you have to go through the outside and it lacks a few degrees to make it pleasant for all ages.
The wifi does not work or is slow.
And we remain convinced that someone entered our accommodation during the night and we will not return.

We booked in the residence from September 1st to 3rd inclusive. A week before our arrival, someone from reception called me to see if I had any questions: in this case yes, about whether the wellness area was open; his answer was yes except the hamam!
When we arrived on Friday evening we took possession of the keys and asked again if the wellness area was open but the receptionist remained very evasive.
On Sunday morning since departure was scheduled for 11 a.m. we headed to the reception and there: closed re-opening on December 16! The services sold were absolutely not available as indicated and invoiced!
Following numerous calls we had the director who told us I will take care of your case Monday 4. Since then no news radio silence. Simply unprofessional and not acceptable for a group that defends customer satisfaction!
