We made our reservation because we had a swimming trip in Illes Medes. The location is very good and the apartment was clean. Due to a mistake, we lost the keys to the room, something that can happen to anyone. We tried to contact someone who could help us and open the door for us but they told us after calling the helpline several times that from 8 in the afternoon to 9 in the morning the next day there was absolutely no one who could help us. They offered us another room but we did not have access to our personal belongings until the next morning. We couldn't do the race without our team. We found it surprising and outrageous that there was absolutely no one who could open the room to us for more than 12 hours. When the night began the screams started, drunk people banging doors, fights, etc. it was impossible to sleep. Of course, there is absolutely no one who cares or ensures the well-being of their clients. The next day, even though they had left several calls and messages, they did not even have the detail to call us first thing in the morning to find out how it had been resolved. We called to say that we had left. The rather haughty and rude girl responded to us in a bad way despite everything we had experienced, without showing absolutely any empathy or education. We do not recommend this place at all due to the terrible customer service and care. If your plan is to go on a family trip with children, don't even consider staying in these apartments where a violent and absolutely inappropriate atmosphere predominates. The type of tourism they sponsor is the one that destroys places as beautiful as the Costa Brava.

My family and I have been staying in this hotel during the May long weekend.
The facilities in general are somewhat old. The apartments, despite being renovated, are missing very important elements such as hot/cold splits in all rooms.
But apart from this, I want to highlight that a gang of rude and uncivil people were staying on our floor, who since the morning were getting drunk, shouting and playing very loud music from the terraces. Of course, they exceeded the capacity in number of people in each apartment, because when you passed through the hallway, you would see pillows and blankets lying on the floor.
They have transformed the hotel into a "courtyard" for parties.
They didn't even let us rest at night.
This should not be allowed in hotels and, above all, should be controlled when check-in occurs.
A bunch of hooligans and unpresentable people have ruined our vacation.

Very nice apartment, pleasant, good bedding, close to the beach, restaurants....
The only big downside is the nighttime noise from other residents, waking up at 3 a.m....for 30 minutes....hard...a little respect would be the minimum....

Very cozy tourist apartments, completely renovated. With a dining room, a sofa bed, TV. Everything very clean. Very comfortable rooms that have a very complete kitchen that has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee maker, refrigerator, plates, pots, etc. The room is very cozy. There is air conditioning, WiFi, a large terrace. The sink is very comfortable, a large shower. There are two swimming pools with plenty of space for sunbathing on the sun loungers available. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is very well secured. The entrance is with a door with a secret code. There is much to visit or dive in the area. Highly recommended

I booked an apartment with free cancellation, and a few days later I had to cancel because I had to modify the reservation. My surprise is that they charge you 1 euro for each time you cancel or modify the reservation when the advertisement does not indicate it. They don't refund! Cancellation is not free. And they never responded to the emails requesting a refund.
