Very functional and clean apartment. The only downside is poor soundproofing, you can hear everything from the neighbor's house!! And you have to slam the door to close it.
Top-notch laundry service
Pleasant staff
Nice pool, but it's a shame that some people don't respect the rules, like playing ball while respecting others!

Highlights:
- Ideal location: everything is within walking distance (restaurants, supermarkets, shopping street, market, port, beach, etc.).
- Impeccable accommodation, very clean.

Areas for improvement:
- Poor insulation: light filters through the front door, and you can hear everything (neighbors, people walking in the hallway, street noise, etc.).

- Difficult parking: free spaces are in high demand. Without the property's private parking (paid), you often have to park in the beach parking lot.

Everything is fine, the kitchen is equipped, the bathroom has soap, shampoo, and towels. The only downside is the sofa bed, you can't sleep very well and there are mosquitoes. Everything else is very happy.

We stayed in this ideally located residence, just a few steps from the beach, which is undoubtedly the establishment's main asset. The seaside resort of L'Estartit is pleasant and family-friendly, perfect for a simple vacation. However, it seriously lacks charm and in no way reflects traditional Spain: little authenticity, many buildings, and very little local atmosphere.

As for the accommodation, we were very disappointed. Our apartment, located on the street side, was very noisy: shouting, conversations, and constant commotion from early morning until late at night. The soundproofing is non-existent: you can hear everything, whether it's the neighbors below or the toilets in the adjacent apartments. On top of that, unpleasant sewer and cooking odors regularly invaded the apartment. The housekeeping also left something to be desired. Numerous sheets and garbage bags were left lying around the hallways.

The lack of respect shown by some vacationers, who talk loudly in the hallways at all hours, makes the stay even more difficult, especially for those hoping for a little rest. No staff member seems to be ensuring peace and quiet or the rules of community life are respected.

Finally, parking is a real nightmare: during high season, the entrance is regularly blocked by poorly parked cars, making access impossible and car use unpredictable. Since parking in town is very complicated, this becomes a real problem. And despite these inconveniences, there's no kind gesture from the residence.

In short: absolutely avoid if you're looking for a relaxing vacation. The only positive aspect doesn't justify all the drawbacks. Run away!

Cependant, nous regrettons profondément que certains aspects de votre séjour n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Notre équipe reste à disposition pendant les heures d'ouverture de la réception pour accompagner nos hôtes dans la résolution des difficultés rencontrées. N'hésitez jamais à venir nous faire part du moindre inconfort.

Concernant le stationnement, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Malheureusement, le contrôle du stationnement relève exclusivement de la responsabilité de la police.
