The hotel needs renovation, especially the common areas, including the elevator, air conditioning, and the pool. The pool area is full of beach sand, and there's a problem with tourists drinking in the water.

The service was generally wonderful, and although the buffet was limited and had few gluten-free options, the head waitress Beatriz deserves a special mention for her excellent service (a 10 out of 10!), as do the waiters, who were equally friendly and efficient!

Thank you to them for making my vacation unforgettable!

The hotel was advertised as adults-only, but during our stay, TWO teams of teenagers were hosted.
Overall, the hotel looks good, with elegant common areas and nice rooms. However, the bed is sagging, the bathroom is poorly laid out and small, and the air conditioning is very noisy.
The half-board option is a very rich and varied buffet in the morning, while the dinner buffet could definitely be improved, both in terms of food quality and timing: eating from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Andalusia is like eating at a retirement home.

The gym is small but adequately equipped. The pool is very (too) busy, and sometimes there's entertainment or music that's too loud to be heard in the rooms.

For me, the 4-star rating is in the details, and they're somewhat lacking here.

It's a good hotel. The catering isn't very good. The cleanliness is excellent.

The room was nice and breakfast was very good.

However, it was extremely noisy because the doors are incredibly thin and let in a lot of light. Parking is free if you can find a space. The hotel does offer some, but only for small cars. Our request for a late dinner was unfortunately ignored, despite our half-board arrangement.

Dennoch bedauern wir, dass einige Aspekte nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind leider begrenzt, und wir prüfen stets, wie wir die Raumakustik verbessern können. Ihre Anfrage zum Abendessen hätte selbstverständlich priorisiert werden müssen, hier werden wir intern nachbessern.

Abschließend hoffen wir, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage nahe Strand und Altstadt für Entdeckungen nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns trotz der Herausforderungen eine positive Gesamtbewertung gegeben haben.

Read the reviews carefully before booking this hotel ❌️⛔️

We had a terrible experience because of a bunch of toddlers staying on our floor! It turned out to be a water polo team... boys of about 14/15/16 years old who were using the hotel as a clubhouse! Running in the hallway, hitting each other with towels, screaming, and banging on the doors!

After we called the reception, someone eventually came to warn these toddlers, but it was no use because it didn't stop!

The next evening was exactly the same; someone called their room and it was restless again until 2 a.m. with all their doors just open... back to the reception again, after which a discussion ensued about the fact that it states online that it is an adults-only hotel, but according to the lady at the reception, it was an "adults recommended," which is, of course, complete nonsense! Saturday evening, our penultimate night, was restless once again and once again absolutely no action was taken by the hotel... another room was not available so we were completely done with it by then! Unfortunately, things escalated at the reception on Sunday morning and I gave one of those cheeky wimps a slap on the ear! Shortly after, they tried to fob us off with a free dinner, but as far as we were concerned, they were already finished! And we are never coming back here again!

Het spijt ons zeer dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wij nemen alle klachten over overlast zeer serieus en streven ernaar onze gasten een rustige omgeving te bieden, in lijn met ons concept van accommodatie alleen voor volwassenen. Ons team staat 24/7 klaar om direct in te grijpen in geval van overlast, maar we betreuren het dat dit tijdens uw verblijf niet voldoende was. We begrijpen dat duidelijke communicatie over onze huisregels essentieel is en we zullen uw opmerkingen hierover zorgvuldig bekijken. Het is ook belangrijk om te vermelden dat we, gezien de ernst van de situatie, u hadden kunnen vragen het hotel te verlaten vanwege het fysieke geweld tegen een minderjarige, maar we hebben ervoor gekozen om diplomatischer te handelen. We hopen dat u genoten heeft van ons prachtige zwembad met ligstoelen en onze locatie op korte afstand van het centrum van Torremolinos en het strand.
