Charge us extra because the room we want is not ready, 2 single beds pushed together, with a crack every time we move, but otherwise the location is great

The room leaves a lot to be desired, the beds are hard as rocks, the toaster was disgustingly dirty. The location is terrible, since there is no place to leave the car and they charge you a lot for parking. The worst is the service; They don't clean your room from one day to the next, they don't change your towels or anything. As if that were not enough, they treat you like a criminal, they ask for €200 bail as if you were a criminal. I have been in hotels in central Seville with 40 teenagers and they asked us for €10 maximum per person. As if that were not enough, they require you to clean the kitchen and take out the garbage yourself before leaving or they will charge you...€30!!!...the cleaner does not charge that even for cleaning 10 rooms!!!...but they demand €30 from you if you do not take out the garbage!!!...it is shameful...it is like the thing about tips in restaurants and bars...instead of paying the employees well...they require us clients to do the employees' work...but without lower the price....I AM NOT GOING TO REPEAT, NEITHER IN THIS OR ANY OTHER IN THIS HOTEL CHAIN!!!.....NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE!!!...On top of that it was full of drunken guiris!!!

Turn down the musiiiiiiique, we have to listen to all the neighbours all the way to the coast as if they were giving us a concert at home. Some of us work at night and sleep in the afternoon.
