The food leaves much to be desired, and the all-inclusive package isn't worth it.

My partner and I spent the weekend of the 26th to the 28th at the resort, and we absolutely loved it and felt incredibly comfortable! The service was outstanding; we had a few issues with check-in at reception, but they resolved them very quickly. The entertainment staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fatima, Laura, and Ana, who were very attentive to the children. The only downside I think was that the breakfasts and catering (we had dinner on the 27th) could be improved, but overall, everything was excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from beginning to end. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and all the staff made us feel at home from the very first moment.

However, the best part of the experience was, without a doubt, the entertainment team. We especially want to highlight the work of Ana, Laura, and Fátima, who made every day special. Their friendliness, energy, approachability, and professionalism ensured that both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. Always smiling, they made sure everyone participated and had a good time, creating an incredible atmosphere.

Thanks to them, our vacation was much more fun and unforgettable. They are a true asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for the care and dedication they put into their work.

We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. We hope to see Ana, Laura, and Fátima again on our next vacation!
