It's hard to find a pet-friendly hotel, so the best thing, in our case, was that. We were able to travel with my dog, and she could stay alone in the room while we went to the pool or the dining room. They had a well-organized system of hanging a sign on the room door so the housekeeping staff knew whether they could come in to clean the room or not (because the dog was inside).
Otherwise, the outdoor pool was fine, although it was a bit small for so many people (we went in August, so that's normal). However, the indoor pool was hardly crowded, so we appreciated it and enjoyed it a lot. The buffet food was very good, with a wide variety of starters, main courses, and desserts. Breakfast, in particular, was delicious.
The hotel staff was very friendly at all times, including reception, cleaning, the dining room, and entertainment.

Highlights: in our case, the hotel is pet-friendly, as was the buffet food and the indoor pool.
Room for improvement: There are very few elevators, and at least in August, they're not enough for the hotel's size. We had to wait ages to get in. Furthermore, the hallways leading from the elevators to the rooms have no air conditioning, and it's incredibly hot. In our case, we were assigned a room on the eighth floor, and between the elevator lines and the hot hallways, we asked to change rooms to the first floor, and they let us, which we greatly appreciated.
