The stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms perfectly match the photos. The buffet, both at breakfast and dinner, was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly, and I especially want to highlight the service of three staff members at the Rooftop: Gisela, Aitane, and Marce, who were charming and very attentive at all times. I would definitely repeat the experience. The location is also ideal, very close to PortAventura and the beach.

The location is about a 15-minute walk from the center/beach, not bad.
The pool is very small compared to the other hotel in the same chain, which is a few minutes away.
I expected more variety from the buffet; there's only water to drink; anything else is subject to a charge.
The rooms, the beds were poorly made, and the plumbing was old. I think that's why the bathroom smelled bad.
The staff was very friendly; the maids didn't speak Spanish well.

Ideally located hotel with very welcoming, attentive and super friendly staff. A very good restaurant at the entrance, where you can eat until 11 p.m., which is very appreciable, practical and easy to access at the foot of the hotel, a big plus for choosing the hotel for our stay and the desire to return, good food and pleasant team.

The hotel in general was very good for the price, but the buffet really left a lot to be desired. At dinner, the pasta was all dry and there was practically nothing... the rest was fine.
