In general everything very good. The room was very clean and the service was very nice. We booked through booking. The only thing we booked was a room for 2 people and there was a double bed and 2 singles. We didn't understand why. The hotel is very central. You can walk everywhere perfectly. Even to port adventure. The pool is fine. But in the afternoon the shadows come on very quickly. Breakfast closes very early. In general good, but I don't know if it is a 4 star hotel.

The positive points are: the rooms are modern, well decorated, the bedding is perfect, and the hotel is very well located. The receptionist is very friendly.
The big negative points are a very "dirty" room, toilets not cleaned, floor not cleaned full of hair, towels are stained. The TV is damaged. The room is very noisy.
Unfortunately I will not come back because hygiene is the most important.

The rooms were not bad, except for the one for people with reduced mobility that belonged to my family. Very very fair for the person who does not have mobility problems. A sink the size of a nursery school.
The family room very good. The only downside is that it was already cold since it was October and there wasn't even a blanket to lie on. I went down to reception to ask.
The breakfast buffet was very bad, I have been to lower star hotels with an infinitely better buffet than this one. Little variety, very bad quality and little quantity. The juices were dirty water, what was spent was not replaced, the pastries were very very poor. There was no one making food to order, which being a 4-star hotel would be their thing. For a 4 star hotel it lacked everything.
Yes, I will say that the staff is the best thing about the hotel. We had a problem with our son and the cleaning girl was very good at helping us. The receptionists are also good.
For a good day, to spend a week in summer I do not recommend it.
