We stayed there two years in a row during the winter. We loved everything, there were some quirks, of course, but if you're not too picky, everything was perfect. The view was especially stunning?
But my friend stayed in a studio apartment, and it's truly impossible to sleep on that fold-out sofa. Just avoid booking a small studio apartment.
The apartments are in dire need of renovation.

Upon arriving at the apartment, we unfortunately found it in less than ideal condition: the bathroom, shower, and some other areas were not properly cleaned. We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked.

Even so, we want to highlight the excellent service and prompt response of the team. In particular, the housekeeper, Miriam, personally came to assess the situation and immediately dispatched a cleaning team to resolve everything. They cleaned the apartment, replaced some items in the shower, and ensured it was in good condition.

We also want to emphasize that we were traveling with our border collie and were able to comfortably keep him in the apartment, something we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the location is perfect: right across from the beach, with spectacular views that made our stay even more special.

Although our initial impression wasn't great due to the cleanliness issue, we greatly appreciated how they handled the problem. They were attentive, efficient, and professional. In the end, we felt heard and well taken care of.

The location is right on the seafront and the views are very pleasant. The downside is the cleanliness. The rooms lack hygiene. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the shower is dirty, the sink too… the cleaning is very superficial, and that ultimately creates discomfort.

There's no reception desk. Upon arriving at the door, you find out, via a sign posted at the entrance, that you have to walk to another hotel to check in and access your room... They could have mentioned this in the email beforehand. Then, when we mentioned this, the receptionist's response was unhelpful and somewhat aggressive. We asked if they could move us to another room due to noise issues, and she told us to call back tomorrow; they didn't even ask for our room number. The key card code didn't work. We left it inside because we were confident we could open the door with the code, but it never worked. We had to go back to the hotel to get an extra card (they only gave us one even though there were two of us). Luckily, the young man who helped us was friendly and resolved the problem quickly. Oh, and when we left, we had to take out the trash as if it were our own house... In short, a nice place, but with mediocre service and poor overall operation.

Nos alegra saber que encontró nuestro complejo agradable y que el trato de nuestro personal durante la resolución del inconveniente con la tarjeta cumplió con sus expectativas.

Sin embargo, lamentamos profundamente que algunos aspectos de su experiencia no estuvieran a la altura. Trabajamos para facilitar al máximo el proceso de llegada, informando con antelación sobre la ubicación de la recepción principal situada a 500 metros. En cuanto a la gestión de ruidos, siempre procuramos soluciones inmediatas y agradecemos que nos comuniquen cualquier incidencia para actuar con celeridad.

Finalmente, valoramos mucho su mención al entorno de nuestras instalaciones, diseñado para ofrecer comodidad y una experiencia relajada junto al mar.

Será muy grato poder recibirle nuevamente.
