Very warm welcome and attractive rates. It has all the amenities you need, including an indoor pool and even an outdoor pool depending on the season. There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area.

Well located. We can easily walk to the small town center of Dives, Cabourg, and Houlgate.
I recommend it.

Mixed stay in February (out of season everything is closed). To redo a more favorable period..?

Positive point:
-walk possible to the beach
- view of the port which must be even more beautiful with the sun ;)
-Cabourg very close with shops and restaurants..phew (even the restaurant opposite the hotel was undergoing work, no luck)
- very warm welcome from the lady.
- overall the hotel is clean... Despite work, clean apartment. Very small kitchenette that helps.

Negative point:
-Renovation in progress in the hotel which was not specified on the site (too bad I hesitated between two residences) smell of paint. but hey with work that is understandable. it is out of season. But I would have liked to have the information.
-An old or fishy smell in the apartment we have not been able to determine (probably coming from the sink).

Suggestion for improvement:
-Indoor swimming pool very good especially with the February temperatures. It would have been slightly warmer... would be a plus.
-And possibly a cabin for changing the children when coming out of the water, that would avoid walking wet to the room... (especially for a young teenager, not comfortable being in a towel in the corridors).

Residence just opposite the port, 2 swimming pools, one unheated outside and one heated inside. Good welcome when we arrived. The apartments are well equipped and have balconies for eating or having an aperitif in front of the port. Restaurants and shops are a stone's throw from the residence. 5 min walk from Cabourg. The residence has underground parking at an additional cost.
