Friendly residence. But I find it a shame that there is no respect from people who smoke. I think that since the balconies are very close to each other, they should not smoke, especially if they see people on the balcony right next to them. It is a question of respect for freedom because yes, the freedom of some ends where that of others begins.

The residence is ideally located between the port and the beach. Cabourg is 20 minutes away on foot, it’s perfect.
The residence is very quiet and has all the shops nearby.
The negative point is the rudimentary comfort of the accommodation, dilapidated furniture, dirty paint, a very cramped space, it's really a shame
