We would have given it 5 if we had had renovated accommodation.
The wifi does not work or very little.
Otherwise excellent location, facing the marina and very close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The premises are well maintained.
I recommend if you want to be quiet.
Its proximity to Houlgate, Cabourg, Villiers sur Mer, Deauville and Trouville are a plus.
The village of Dives sur Mer is very interesting and pleasant. Lots of small, excellent quality businesses.

Very good family experience to get together for the new year. We took the opportunity to walk around the surrounding area. The accommodation was very satisfactory and their renovation is planned very soon. The great sympathy of the team is an undeniable strong point. Thank you for this stay!
