Unfortunately, we experienced a pool pump failure for an entire day and had to shorten our stay due to the heatwave (the room was not air-conditioned).

Excellent stay, close to the beach, 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, the setting is very pleasant and very quiet. The pool was perfect. The only downside was that I found it very hot in the rooms, but I was there during the heatwave.

Superb residence, peaceful surroundings, lovely pool! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the area by bike and the proximity to the lake, ocean, and town center... A perfect stay! Thank you.

We rented an apartment for 15 days (owner exchange – so we're familiar with Pierre & Vacances residences).

There's a group of Spanish teenagers (16-17 years old on average) participating in a sailing competition and who are apparently still staying at the residence for a few more days.

The reception says there are 25 of them max, but I'd say more like 40.

Apparently, these were individual bookings, which meant they didn't identify such a large group of teenagers at the time of booking, especially since they're very poorly supervised, if at all, by adults.

In fact, these adults are well hidden; we never see them.

Since our arrival on Monday, the evenings have been filled with shouting, laughter, loud voices, people running back and forth in the hallways and corridors, etc.
During the day they're absent, probably at the competition.

But in the evening it's unbearable. It's almost 1:00 AM and we can still hear them.

Last night, there was a World Cup football match with Spain, and there were 15 of them in the apartment next to mine.

I had to go and ask them to stop the noise, quite firmly, in English because I don't speak Spanish, but they understood perfectly what I was saying.
And I was nice enough to wait until after the match, after 11:00 PM, to go.
When I got back to my apartment, I heard "puta" (whore).

That's it. Nothing more to say except that a normally family-friendly residence has turned into a youth hostel for hyperactive and extremely ill-mannered Spanish teenagers.

Personally, I only have a week of vacation at the beginning of summer because I work seasonally, and I would have appreciated a bit more peace and quiet.

I'm giving two stars for the reception staff and the maintenance worker, who were all responsive, welcoming, and helpful, and who did the best they could. But suggesting, and I quote, "that we call the police ourselves," is hardly top-notch customer service.

What about management? Perhaps they could take over from your staff regarding this group of teenagers?
Many guests have complained; my opinion here is far from anecdotal.

This situation is unacceptable, and the excuse of "uncontrolled bookings" is simply not valid.

My parents are taking over this weekend in the apartment, and I really hope things will calm down because they absolutely cannot tolerate the noise in the evenings.

Aside from that, the residence is nice and well-located, even if you need a car for even the smallest errands because there are no shops nearby. But the beaches are close, Lake Sanguinet is at the end of the street, and the Dune du Pilat is about twenty minutes away.

Mixed opinion on this residence.
