We stayed three nights, and the reception staff were very efficient, attentive, and helpful both morning and afternoon. The only thing is that the bathroom mirror could use more lighting.

The hotel is very well located. You have all the necessary amenities nearby. The accommodation is very good.

The only downsides are the unheated pool and the parking garage elevator being separate from the hotel elevator.

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay. The residence is very well located, close to a supermarket and the bus and metro stations are nearby. The apartments are quite spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The swimming pool is very pleasant for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent value for money. Great location, pool on the 9th floor with views. Spacious and comfortable room, with everything you need in the kitchen.

Personally, my experience at Pierre & Vacances Eurobuilding 2 has been very good.

Regarding the location, although it's a bit far from Gran Vía, there's a Metro station on Line 1 just a few minutes away, which takes you directly to both Gran Vía and Sol, making it quite easy to get around Madrid.

Since the hotel operates with apartments and doesn't have a restaurant, if you want to eat lunch or dinner in your apartment, you won't have any problem. There's a fairly large Carrefour Market right downstairs, and if you prefer Mercadona or Lidl, both supermarkets are also just a short walk away.

Furthermore, if you're coming to Madrid to do the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium tour, the location is practically perfect: it's about a 15-minute walk from the stadium.

If you're coming by car, the hotel parking costs €28 per day. As for parking, although some spaces may seem a bit narrow, you don't need to maneuver too much to park, except in some parallel spaces.

From the very first minute, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also appreciated that the pool hours were clearly stated, and the hotel boasts fantastic views of Madrid.

Without a doubt, if I ever return to Madrid and am looking for affordable accommodation, I'll definitely stay here again. A highly recommended option, especially for family trips.
