Pleasant residence, well located in Colmar near Little Venice and the villages of the wine route.
Dark apartment due to the upper balcony.
We had reserved parking for the week for 64 euros for peace and security of parking... We note that it is open 24 hours a day, and anyone can come and park there for free since no one checks the registrations of vehicles that have paid .
Then work during the week: jackhammer, elevator inaccessible... without warning us in advance.
And finally, neighbors who do not respect the calm by talking loudly on their terrace until midnight.

We have come several times to this establishment, very well maintained studio, ideal location near Little Venice. Pleasant and very welcoming staff.
We have never been disappointed, and we will return with great pleasure.

Very clean room, nice location. Too bad when we arrived on Friday the water was cold. Fortunately, the very friendly technician solved the problem. Over 2 nights it was a real shame not to have been able to enjoy the swimming pool more.
