Very good location, near the station and the center, very kind staff, triple room of a very acceptable size with small balcony, really nice heated swimming pool, clean, possibility of ordering nice pastries, fair price, secure entrance. We recommend this place

We stayed in this residence in a studio number 208 and we were delighted with a very large terrace. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and we were able to enjoy the heated swimming pool. The center of Colmar is just a 5-minute walk away. Covered parking is €10 per night.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights.
We were warmly welcomed and given access to the paid underground car park. When we got to our room, the door was open. However, there was no one in the room. The bed wasn't made, which we had to do ourselves. I have never experienced this in any hotel where you have to make your own bed. Especially since the bed covers provided had holes and tears. Cleanliness was okay but nothing more. There were stains on the sink and floor in the bathroom and there was dust everywhere in the corners of the room. We can't say anything about breakfast as we ate out.
However, the hotel is sufficient and recommended for a short trip.

Great place for family, close to center, hot swimming pool

The strong point is certainly the location: super quiet, because it overlooks a closed road. At the same time, you can reach the center in 5' on foot. Parking in the area is paid, but it is never a problem to find a place.
Comfortable bed, and room equipped with everything you need.
Negative note: in the bathroom there was occasionally a bit of a sewage smell. We smelled the same smell in the street, so it's perhaps a problem in the area.
