The system is very different from Korea, but overall, the value for money was excellent and the front desk staff were friendly, so I was very satisfied. I had a good rest.

Perfect location for exploring Colmar, the property is in excellent condition, and the staff, as is typical of P&V, are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for the center, quiet and well-kept. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need.

The hotel might be perfectly fine, but the service from Pierre et Vacances is substandard. I tried to book for 4 days in June 2026 and received a confirmation for 7 days in January 2027, which is of no use to me. I have no idea where things went wrong, but the switch was certainly not indicated on the site, or not clearly so. In the meantime, I have called numerous times and been referred elsewhere or brushed off; there is no response to emails. They did, however, pocket the €648.
