I bought a garden floor in the Residence a Côté de Pierre et Vacances, the Residence ? Palm Azur, which is directly located on the Palmeraie and the Gardens of the Residence, with direct access to the Swimming Pools & the Restaurant ?/ ?..
The Residence is located on the seafront, 100m from the Beach and 5 minutes from the Bay of Cannes...
Everything in Cannes la bocca is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes, (Various shops, & a large Provencal Market on Saturday morning).

4 day stay mid April.
First and last time!
Looking at the reception you would think you were in an abandoned hotel. When we arrived the accommodation was very dirty we had to vacuum it up. The toilets smelled of urine. We found two cockroaches in the dining room (photos supporting). And the train that passes every 10 minutes at night... well, that's just a detail. On the other hand, the sea view is very pleasant.
