A beautiful residence on the heights of Agay. The views are spectacular. But for those looking for peace and quiet, this is really not the place. We had booked 2 weeks from August 19th. The apartment reserved for the occasion was planned for 4, in fact 2 people can fit in the apartment. The interior is dilapidated, the bathroom cramped with a bathtub. Not very practical for people with disabilities. Sitting in the toilet your head can rest against the door. The fridge is too small, the cooking plates are old and not very secure. The dishes are missing. 3 wine glass. Fortunately there were 2 of us. The sheets provided were not very clean. The pillows are uncomfortable. No parasol on the terrace. Impossible to sit there at lunchtime. Luckily, there was a fan, no air conditioning in the accommodations.
Our neighbors of the moment, young rappers, music everywhere at 3 a.m. In the streets on the heights where we were, the noise is permanent and incessant. It echoes in the aisles. People screaming on their terrace. In addition, in the evening there is skating and rollerblading on the square.
In the parking lot, from above, cars are parked there permanently.
Having a disability problem, we were refused parking due to lack of a card. After discussion with the hostess. We complied with the rule. But it would have been necessary to remove all the cars which parked permanently on the heights, a simple warning on the car does not dissuade. But the most annoying and infuriating thing was to see on several occasions that in the disabled parking lot of
the reception a pretty Ferrari was parked there. For us it was a bad choice. Too bad the place is superb.
I do not recommend this residence to people who want to relax. And spend a quiet summer.
We will not return to Cap Esterel.
The site is magnificent, the view is exceptional. A great value for a family vacation. The shows are very beautiful, the entertainment is very good, the entertainment team is TOP. The circus and trapeze activity for children is brilliant. Excellent safety at large swimming pools from the lifeguards. Everything is accessible and well thought out in the village (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.)
My children love it and so do we, although the accommodation is small.
Stay in September with our dog... pleasant residence in particular thanks to the swimming pools and the environment... correct restaurants with friendly staff...
High price however.
Here's the sea view, it's hard to complain because we can actually see it... We changed apartments on our arrival thanks to the kindness of the reception staff because we had to lean over the terrace to see one end of sea. There it is much better (lol). It's up to you to see if it is necessary to add this magnificent view of the Mediterranean to the final price...
