After a 5-hour drive to our rental, the reception at Pierre & Vacances was rather unhelpful. We were given a map and then left to our own devices. There was no information about the little train, which we only discovered at the end of our stay, nor about the various services offered. No information about the kids' clubs either. It's a shame the staff at the entrance were so unwelcoming. Yes, we had a QR code, but human interaction is still preferable and always appreciated. The entertainment team was fantastic and energetic, offering a wide range of activities. They adapted to the bad weather at the beginning of the week and still managed to provide us with something to do. Thank you to them, and congratulations on Thursday's show!
