Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Thank you to the entire team, welcome, comfort, breakfast... Everything is there for a wonderful vacation.

A very bad experience at the Pierre et Vacances de l'Esterel!
The apartment was very dirty and infested with bedbugs.
On the first and last night, my children were literally bitten from head to toe!
The reception staff couldn't care less, and re-letting them was obviously not an option.
The apartment next door was also infected...
This is a good sign for the future!!
An 800km round trip over a weekend, and 15 days of booked vacation gone up in smoke!

We are currently on vacation in the hotel, our room is spacious, very clean, the bedding very comfortable, the furniture sober decoration with taste. The view is just magnificent, with the possibility of having breakfast with a breathtaking sea view ... at the holiday village, as soon as you arrive you park your vehicle in a free parking lot, everything is very well indicated. In the heart of the village you can eat, there are several restaurants, a bakery, a mini-market, an ATM, bars, a beauty salon, shops .... in terms of activities there is something for everyone. Small downside but which is unfortunately not the fault of Pierre et Vacances, the deckchairs at the swimming pool which are difficult to find, this is due to the lack of respect of certain people who arrive at the opening of the swimming pool and appropriate the deckchairs for the day, they go to lunch and leave their belongings ..... in summary I highly recommend the Pierre et Vacances village of Saint Raphaël and in particular the hotel. You can go there with your eyes closed
