The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean. It was great, we'll be back.

We stayed for four days in November and generally enjoyed it very much.
Upon arrival at reception, we were greeted by a charming man who spoke excellent Spanish. He was very kind and explained everything to us.
The main building dates back to 1927 and is beautiful! It has a library where you can borrow games and read books.
Our apartment was cozy and had all the necessary amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and perfect utensils, and a comfortable living room. However, there were some things that could be improved, such as:

- There was no extractor fan, which was very inconvenient if it's an open-plan kitchen and you have to sleep in that room.

- There was no doormat, and since it was raining, the floor got very dirty.

- There was no mop to clean the floor.

- The sheets weren't provided; you had to make the beds yourself and remove them when you left. - The main bedroom faced the hallway and was very cramped, plus there were a lot of insects, especially mosquitoes (I recommend they install mosquito nets because it must be awful in the summer).
- The toilet is in a separate cubicle from the bathroom ? Going in there is… and it's very strange that it's separate.
- The terrace has no light.
- Instead of a welcome kit, they give you a scouring pad and dish soap kit so you can clean the kitchen properly ?
- The sofa bed isn't very comfortable. Even after all these inconveniences, our stay was very good and we were very comfortable, and above all, we appreciated the peace and quiet; we didn't hear a thing.
I think that if they fix all those little things that keep it from being perfect, it will be someday.
And of course, we will consider returning. Thank you so much for everything, see you soon!

The location is ideal. The apartment is clean and well-equipped.
The staff were very welcoming, with a special mention for Stéphane who was incredibly accommodating and found us a ground-floor apartment for our dog.
We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
