Nice place but question proximity to the city really far which was not specified off season absolutely need car or otherwise Uber then the single beds are for children so if you come with 4 adults you will cry especially the men if you are at least 1m80 and broad shoulders your nights will be very bad then comes the story of the curtains which act as shutters pfff the daylight wakes you up straight away but hey there is the swimming pool with deckchairs it is already good but the most positive point for us is the food truck Mourad and Benjamin wonderful people smiling friendly very good adviser for the visits we ate well at their place it is very friendly and the worst is that they are always there to help you out if it is within their scope for example they dropped me off at the station because I could not find Uber incredibly kind I did not think that could still exist in short if you need anything go see them they will be very good welcome and informed and helped you ??????

Pleasant, green surroundings. We were there for 2 days and 1 night, and the pool was closed every other day.
The room was adequate, but the bathroom wasn't great for the price. There was a lot of patchwork, which made the place look dirty!
The reception staff was very warm and friendly.
Some adjustments would be needed, but overall, it was good.

I was disappointed by the Pierre et Vacances in Cassis. The price is completely unjustified. And it didn't live up to my expectations.

Accommodation for 4 people (there were only 2 of us, I can't imagine more people).
Mediocre bedding and bed (for the 4-person accommodation: a sofa bed and 2 separate single beds).

Lack of security. Outlet under the bathroom light switch. Towel warmer in the shower...

Dreary, white room with no decor. Cracks in the wall and in the shower floor.
Wobbling garden table. Poorly insulated accommodation. You can hear the neighbors' conversations.

The residences are completely isolated from everything. There's absolutely nothing nearby. Not having a vehicle, we spent a fortune on taxis to get around. The road in front is dangerous. Impassable on foot.

The ATM near reception was a good idea. But it still needs to be refilled. There were only two measly sandwiches left for several days.

No 4G or 5G signal in the residence. And the Wi-Fi only works when it wants to. The first day we found ourselves without internet or phone, cut off from the world.

A plus point: Mourad and Benjamin's food truck (near the residence) is a great help since there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The food truck is run by two very friendly people.

We had a wonderful vacation. The residence is very quiet, the pool area very relaxing, and we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who are always very welcoming. The decor is tasteful, and the residence as a whole is truly beautiful.

The residence is less than 10 minutes from Cassis, 15 minutes from La Ciotat, and 35 minutes from Marseille and Toulon.

The only area for improvement concerns the apartment's comfort: the lack of shutters lets in light too early in the morning, and the bedding could be of better quality.

Otherwise, the apartment was very nice and perfectly equipped. We would definitely recommend Pierre & Vacances and would be happy to return.

Excellent stay at the Cap Cassis Calanques de Pierre et Vacances residence! Very pleasant setting. Very approachable and pleasant team and manager! Very kind. I recommend it.
