Good place, spacious and cozy, clean rooms and the few staff that were there during Easter were very nice but the food was bad, the buffet was small with little offer and little success but it is a good place to go with the family.
Nice stay with them. Lots of entertainment for children, swimming pool, activities, family games etc. I recommend for this rest. Not far from Aventura Park and plenty of beaches around.
I gave the room 4 stars because when we arrived there we had ants in our first room.
The service is top notch because they immediately exchanged rooms suitable for the 5 of us.
The rooms were very spacious and correct, but ours in particular had some details that we did not like, such as chewing gum stuck under the painting and some worms that may be due to humidity. Yes, we liked that it was pet-friendly and the staff treatment at the buffet.
