I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The aparthotel's location and accessibility are very good, close to everything, but unfortunately, there are some unexpected issues that could have been prevented and addressed, specifically the pool towels. There are no pool towels for guests; they can only be purchased. We made the reservation by phone, and no one informed us of this. When we went to reception to ask and try to get some towels, even offering a deposit, we found them inflexible: "No, no, no." "If you want towels, we'll sell them to you," they said, even though we were only staying for two nights. There is no room cleaning service; they told us it was only every four nights. At check-in, we were surprised to be asked for a €200 deposit or hold on our card for the stay, and at the end of our stay, "the cleaning lady will decide whether or not to refund it." That's exactly what they told us. The apartment had obvious defects: the shower gel dispenser was detached from the wall, the extractor fan was dirty, the shower screen was dirty, and the shower head was moldy. Breakfast and dinner were served in a very cramped space, making it difficult to enjoy the experience given the number of people using the facilities. Finally, there was no air conditioning during dinner. The only positive was the heated pool.

Everything was perfect, we chose the aparthotel option and it was very well equipped, the only downside was the mattresses which were a bit soft for my taste (to each their own) but otherwise everything was a 10/10.

Incredible place with stunning views. Both the facilities and the apartments were well-maintained and clean. The food was very good and varied, and the bar prices were reasonable. The pool is heated, which is great, although it might be a bit small in high season. We went in June and it was perfect in terms of crowds. What I would highlight most is the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionists to the waiters. A family from Italy was visiting, and it was a wonderful experience. We had to drive to the beach, but if you want to stay there all day, you have everything you need. There was entertainment for children, although there weren't many kids. We will definitely return.

Dicho esto, comprendemos que la distancia a la playa y la capacidad limitada de ciertas zonas en alta temporada puedan suponer un inconveniente. Nuestra ubicación en una colina busca ofrecer tranquilidad y vistas excepcionales, priorizando un entorno relajado.

Nos enorgullece especialmente que el trato de nuestro equipo haya marcado diferencia en su estancia. La animación infantil y los servicios disponibles demuestran que cada detalle cuenta para crear recuerdos familiarespetables, como los que atesora con sus seres queridos de Italia.

Special mention goes to Paco, the buffet manager, and the waitress whose name I can't recall (my apologies), she's Argentinian, and her excellent service. Another 10 goes to Blanca, the lifeguard, who was incredibly attentive. As soon as she saw me arrive at the pool, she came over to help me get in the water since I have a cast on my arm. She brought me a float to hold onto so it wouldn't get wet, and she even helped me with my bag. It's truly a pleasure to find such competent people. Thank you for your kindness.

The only downside I would mention is that the double beds are a bit small, but comfortable. Otherwise, a perfect apartment.
