The studio is very well laid out, well-equipped, and clean. We appreciated that the room was accessible by stairs, allowing early risers to have breakfast without disturbing others (the sliding door reduces noise and light).

The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient.

We also appreciated being able to access the spa without going outside.

The residence is well located. The supermarket, grocery stores, bakeries, and newsagent/bookshop are all within walking distance. There are also many restaurants and lovely walks to enjoy.

Very comfortable duplex for a trip to Bénodet and the surrounding area. Everything you need for cooking is provided, including basic necessities in a kit.
Cleaning needs improvement, particularly in the upstairs bedroom.

Superb and not expensive at all. The sea view is to die for. I recommend it. Cinema and casino are very close by. Beautiful walks and shops are right outside the building.

Very well located residence. Clean, well-furnished and functional apartment. Very friendly and pleasant staff. We had a magnificent view of the sea.
