Avoid! Accommodation bordering on unsanitary... dangerous balcony and stairs... outdoor pool out of service during the stay... accommodation very far from activities and steep paths poorly maintained... center far from any sightseeing
Inedible roast chicken at an exorbitant price... convenience store staff more interested in their cell phones than the customer... deplorable after-sales service... more than a month of waiting and multiple reminders to receive more than deserved compensation
Personally, avoid Pierre et Vacances... the only positive point is the indoor badminton court
Mini golf course not maintained, non-existent teen activities... and a cruel lack of smiles from the reception staff
A very complete resort. We enjoyed it very much. Very quiet, very well-equipped, and very good service at reception. The only drawback is the opening hours. The pool closes at 7:00 PM in September.
You should bring raincoats; the weather is very changeable, and it rains quickly, and the sun shines brightly. You have to travel by car, but there are some very interesting things nearby: the landing beaches, two villages listed as the most beautiful in France... It's worth it.
We came as a family of four adults in September, so it was off-season.
Well, you can tell the high season has passed and left a bit of a mess.
The house for six people, two bedrooms, one bathroom, was nice because it was clean and well-maintained, and looked like a renovation. The kitchen was spotless.
However, the bathroom was overlooked in the renovation. It's a disaster: the black grout, it leaks, and there's mold... see photo.
With half-board, we were satisfied with the breakfast buffet and the meals. Nothing spectacular, but it has to be said: you immediately feel more like you're on vacation when you don't have to cook.
The reception was spotless, renovated for the occasion, and games and equipment were provided.
On the other hand, the politeness of some of the hosts/hostesses and the restaurant manager disappeared with the high season. Entertainment is offered on weekends... it's better not to offer anything if it's going to show so little interest. In addition, the bar has moved to winter hours. 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.?
However, we can't discount the beauty of the site, the upkeep of the green spaces, and the responsiveness of the dispatch teams for any inconveniences in the accommodation.
We believe in it, we're renovating, we're not giving up, and we're giving the teams a rest, and we'll do it!
