Beautiful place. The half-board service is always so pleasant. It's a shame that the quality of the restaurant is no longer up to par (the quality of the dishes was better last summer). The restaurant staff is always so kind and pleasant.
Beautiful place and the cottage we had was good.
1 beautiful living room kitchen/lounge and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs 1 master bedroom 1 bathroom and the children's bedroom
Nothing was wrong during our stay. No hot water, ants in the apartment, dishwasher and dishwasher. Housekeeping leaving something to be desired and unresponsive staff.
Fortunately the region is nice.
Entertainment:
Mel, Arthur, and Dylan were excellent. They're energetic, funny, and patient with both children and adults. My children really enjoyed the Kids' Club activities.
The show, which took just one day to prepare, was truly amazing. My children were so proud to be on stage. A special mention for the introduction to dance. The entertainer, Mel, is fantastic. She makes you want to dance. She knows how to share her passion. This initiative is a great idea.
Welcome: I always appreciate the call and message left reminding me of my stay and asking if I had any special requests before my arrival. The people on site are helpful, smiling, and welcoming us in a good mood.
We will definitely return to Pierre et Vacances' Normandy Garden. Many thanks to the staff and a big thank you to the entertainers; they're fantastic.
