We stayed at Les Néréides for the second year in a row. The location is truly amazing, but the building is really in need of renovation. On top of that, the room had NOT been cleaned upon arrival, even though we had been waiting for it; the kitchen counter was dirty, and the trash can filthy with egg and onion remnants. We couldn't sit on the balcony. Water runs onto the stones, making everything on the balcony wet. The condition of the balcony is truly appalling. See the photos. Kudos to the helpful reception staff, who were very shocked by our comments. It became clear that the venue management is aware of the defects but is doing nothing about them.

We may have been unlucky, but we will choose a different location next year.

The rooms are fine, though French. So book for 6 people if you are traveling with 4.

I find the lack of storage space and the bedrooms a bit cramped to be a downside; the carpet is also impractical.

The plus point is the location: ski-in ski-out at its best, take the lift out the door, and you are right on the slopes. The view makes it all complete, including the afternoon sun. There is also an escalator to the center.
