Terrible experience, booked through a well-known platform, on the app it gave me one address (at the port), in chat another and by email yet another, contacted the facility at 6.50pm and there was already a registration of the closure (they close at 7pm) found the "emergency" number after finding the reception by asking passers-by the person did not speak English and the combination to take the key did not work... asked for a refund and they do not want to give it, despite not having used the room, behavior not honest!!!
