The staff's service leaves much to be desired. They are completely unprofessional. They refuse to provide the receipt after payment, claiming they will send it by email. The hotel service is terrible; they don't exchange clothing sizes, they don't even replenish a simple bottle of water in the room... this shows that it's impossible to live up to a 5-star standard.

It's practically nothing like a 4-star hotel, only the location, and even then there are much better hotels with better beach access (this one has quite steep stairs, which, by the way, make getting there with luggage a nightmare).

You can hear absolutely everything in the rooms: the hallway, what the person in the next room is doing. Even on the fifth floor, you can hear the guests partying in the pool on the first floor, which I didn't understand, since it's supposed to have set hours, but it sounded as if everyone was in the room. I didn't find this hotel good for leisure, relaxation, or value, not at all.

The facilities are outdated, the elevators are very slow and small, so be prepared to waste part of your stay queuing for them.

When I got to the room, the bathroom floor was completely wet, which is also strange for a 4-star hotel.

One good thing about it is the breakfast buffet, which offers a lot of variety, but be careful during peak hours as there are queues for everything.

We won't be back.
